- For ticket purchase through official website, please download your online tickets and present it at the check in.
- Visitors are required to be at the entry point, 15 minutes before the visiting time. Should the visitors miss out the visiting time, the management has the right to refuse the entry and no refund will be entertained.
The health and safety of our visitors and staff remains as our number one priority. We have taken all the necessary measures to provide a safe and secure visit experience for all visitors and staff. We have conducted stringent sanitizing and disinfecting and ensured all staff to undergo COVID-19 testing whenever required.
Effective 1 May 2022, our health and safety guidelines have been revised as follows:
• Individuals who are COVID-19 positive with a high risk status on MySejahtera as well as those currently undergoing Home Surveillance Order (HSO) will not be allowed entry into our premises.
• All visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by parents/guardian or adults.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
In ensuring your safety and health during the visit, please observe below information:
- Hand sanitisers are available for usage and are placed at various areas inside the centre.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the centre.
- Only a limited number of lockers will be available for storage.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any improper resale or issuance of tickets, including but not limited to the sale of illegal or extra tickets for personal gain by the public through fraudulent reservation practices will not be entertained by operations ticket entry. Upon discovery of this resale or issuance of tickets, the said ticket will be invalidated without refund or other compensation and staff have the right to deny the visitor that is using the said tickets from entering the premises.
Tickets can ONLY be purchased on site, at our ticket counter or through PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit official website; www.petronastwintowers.com . For online tickets, please purchase at least 48 hours before your planned visit.
Please be informed that our tickets are limited for each slot to ensure a comfortable visit experience, and sold on first come first serve basis.
To those on, (flight) Transits/Cruise Voyage, we would like to advice that booking a visit is not recommended if your transit is for less than 48 hours.
This is to spare you the disappointment of you missing your visit time slot, or missing your flight/Cruise departure entirely, due to the significant time it will take to get here from the Airport/Cruise Center Ports.
Below are the Terms and Conditions as stated upon ticket purchase:-
- Tickets sold are not refundable or transferable.
- Ticket is valid on the date and time of entry as stated on your confirmation of visit. The management reserves the right to reschedule visits without prior notice.
- Visitor holding an entry ticket is deemed to have read all instructions, notices, and signs displayed in, on, or around the visit premises and shall observe and conform to the same.
- Visitor holding an entry ticket must be at the entrance gate 15 minutes before the stated visit time as shown in the ticket confirmation for entry and security checks.
*Entry is based on a time slots. Tickets are available for advance purchase at the Ticketing Counter from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm every day except Monday.
DISCLAIMER
- Travel agency/ tour guide/ group purchased by the aforementioned must be accompanied by the agency/ guide/ staff members during the visit.
- Travel Agencies can purchase a maximum of 40 tickets per day, per visit, within the same time-slot ONLY. Purchase must be made at the ticketing counter with respective companies’ official letterhead with details of the visitors as follows: name, passport, and age).
- NO Discount in any shape or form.
