TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREMIUM SKY ACCESS WEBSITE

1. The PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit Operation Premium Sky Access Package is available for purchase exclusively through the PETRONAS Twin Towers email skybridge@petronas.com platform. Tickets under this package will not be sold at physical counters or on any other platforms.
2. Tickets purchased under this package are valid only for the selected visit date and time slot as indicated on the ticket. Changes to the booking date or time are not permitted after purchase.
3. All tickets purchased under this package are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
4. PETRONAS Twin Tower Visit Operation reserves the right to modify or cancel the tickets at any time without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements or compensations may be offered at the discretion of the Management. The Management will endeavour to provide sufficient notice to the requesting party.
5. A minimum of 5 pax is required per booking, with only individuals aged 18 years and above are authorized for the visits. The Management reserves the right to grant permission for those below the stated age at its discretion.
6. Visitors are required to adhere to a formal or smart casual attire policy.
   Acceptable Attire: Collared shirts, long pants, neatly tailored jeans, and skirts (below the knee).
   Prohibited Attire: Revealing clothing, Bermuda shorts, torn or faded jeans, t-shirts, sleeveless tops, open-toe shoes for men, slippers, sandals, flip-flops, rubber boots, clogs, and inappropriate attire.
   Additional Guidelines: Pants must not be ripped, tight, distressed, or faded.
7. Visitors are required to be at the entrance or lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time to avoid cancellation. Late arrivals WILL NOT be entertained or accommodated.
8. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor found to be in breach of the above rules and regulations.
