1. This package is available for purchase exclusively through the PETRONAS Twin Towers official website. No tickets under this package will be sold at the ticketing counters or any other platform.
2. Customers are required to visit PETRONAS Twin Towers first, followed by lunch at Imperial Chakri Palace, Level 4, Suria KLCC.
3. All tickets purchased under this promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of no-show or cancellation, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
4. PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit reserves the right to amend, modify, and change the Terms & Conditions herein at any time without notice.
5. Bookings must be made 2 days before the visit date via the PETRONAS Twin Towers official website.
6. Tickets purchased under this package are valid only for the selected visit date and time slot as indicated on the ticket. Changes to the booking date or time are not permitted after purchase. This ticket admits one person only.
7. Lunch will be served based on the scheduled timing of 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Visitors who do not arrive within this designated timeframe will be considered no-shows. Please note that no refunds or rescheduling will be provided in the case of late arrivals or non-attendance.
8. Visitors are required to be at the entrance or concourse at least 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time to avoid cancellation. Late arrivals WILL NOT be entertained or accommodated.
9. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor found to be in breach of the above rules and regulations.
10. The Management of the operation of the PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit, its employees, servants, agents, permitted assigns and/or personal representatives shall not at any time whatsoever be responsible or liable, whether expressly or impliedly, for any personal injuries including death, loss and/or damage to personal belongings and/or property or other liabilities whatsoever and howsoever caused including but not limited to the negligence of the management and its employees, servants, agents, permitted assigns and/or personal representatives arising out of or in connection with the PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit.
