Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Outbreak Alert
Dear Respected Visitors,
At the PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit Operations, we take the safety and health of our visitors and staff very seriously. In view of the current 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak, we are stepping up our measures to ensure thorough cleanliness in our premises. We will continuously sanitize our exhibits and facilities such as wheelchairs, provide hand sanitizers for visitors to use, encourage our staff to wear masks and remind them to practice good hygiene.
As an added preventive measure to help reduce the risk of exposure to visitors and staff, we are implementing TEMPERATURE SCREENINGS for all visitors effective Tuesday, 11 February 2020.
All visitors are required to undergo the temperature screening conducted by our staff at the main lobby entrance before proceeding to the ticketing counter. In the interest of public health and safety, visitors with temperatures of more than 38°C will not be permitted to enter our premises and will be advised to seek immediate medical attention. For visitors who have purchased admission tickets and are denied entry, you may request to change your visit date or refund if purchased from us. If the admission tickets were purchased via travel agent or applications such as Traveloka and Klook, kindly contact their respective management for their further action.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
